Maintenance overview dashboard

The maintenance overview dashboard gives an overview of the upcoming maintenance and the history of the maintenance of your asset fleet.

The maintenance overview dashboard gives an overview of the upcoming maintenance and the history of the maintenance of your asset fleet. This helps you better organize your teams and plan and execute maintenance more efficiently.

Go to Home → Maintenance → Overview to access this dashboard

The overview dashboard contains 4 panels:

The status overview panel shows a breakdown of the current maintenance status of the fleet. For each status the number of assets is shown:

The upcoming maintenance panel shows the most imminent upcoming maintenance operations in the future.

The status label shows red if the maintenance is overdue and therefore should have happened already. Orange status indicates that the reminder level has been crossed and maintenance should happen as soon as possible. Green status means that all is fine and there is no maintenance needed yet.

The done maintenance panel shows the most recently completed maintenance operations in the past.

In this case the status indicator label shows the status when the maintenance happened.
