Types of reports
Learn more about the different type of reports and the different ways you can create reports from the available information on the platform.
The Sensolus platform offers several ways to create reports:
- Standard report: Built-in reports provided by Sensolus generating CSV or XLS files.
- List Export as report: Data from several lists can be exported to file.
- Externally generated report: leverage the REST API to generate report outside of the platform.
It is possible to customize reports in the following ways:
Report templates
The following report templates are provided on the platform.
Note: Depending on your subscription plan and/or user role different templates are
available.
If you want access to a specific report template you can access support or your account
manager.

| Diagnostic snapshot | The Diagnostics snapshot report has records for diagnostics snapshot data. |
| Geozone transition | The Geozone transition report contains all information related to the visits with previous and next geozone plus the times. |
| Geozone visits | The Geozone visits report contains all information related to the visits. |
| Geozone inventory | The Geozone inventory report contains information on the current number of assets (count) within each geozone at the moment the report is created. |
| Flows | The Flows report contains all information that is required for the visits and the flows of geozones. It will return a zip file contains a visits file and a flows file. |
| Orientation event | The orientation events report has records for every moment that an orientation event occurred. |
| Orientation status | The Orientation status report has records for every moment that an orientation status change occurred. |
| Shock event | The shock events report has records of the moments that a shock event occurred. |
| Location reports | |
| Last known location | The Last Known Location Report contains information on the last known location of your trackers. |
| Locations history | The Location History Report contains all recorded locations of one or multiple assets within a selected time period. |
| Activity reports | |
| Last known activity | The Last Known Activity Report contains information on the last known activity of your trackers.With last known activity we refer to the last time your tracker moved. |

| Last known PT100 temperatures | The Last Known Temperature Report contains information on the last known temperature of your PT100 Temperature trackers. |
| PT100 temperature history | The Temperature History Report contains information on the temperature of your tracker over a selected time period. |
| Status reports | |
| Battery status | The Battery Status Report contains information regarding the remaining battery level of your trackers and an estimation of the remaining time (years, months) your trackers will still work based on the way it is used during the last week(s). |
| Communication status | The ommunication Status Report contains information on the last known status of your trackers. |
| Low battery |
The Low Battery Report contains the list of trackers with a remaining battery level of less than 20%. The report also contains the estimation of the remaining time your trackers will still work while being used in the same way as it was used in the past months. |

| Organizations overview | The Organization report contains an overview of the organization, users, platform plans and add-ons, logins of the users and status of the organization |
| Custom reports | |
| Custom tracker status | The custom tracker status report is a customized report where you can select yourself the set of trackers of which you want to get status information. You can also pick the status dimensions you want to have displayed in the columns. |
| Custom infrastructure status | The custom infrastructure status report is a customized report where you can select yourself the set of infrastructures of which you want to get status information. You can also pick the status dimensions you want to have displayed in the columns. |

| Asset utilization statistics | This report allows to retrieve the utilization statistics within a specific period (day/week/month) for all trackers linked to a specific utilization scheme. |

| User information | The User information report contains all information on the users of your organization. |
| Maintenance | |
| Upcoming maintenance | The Upcoming maintenance report contains information related to the upcoming maintenance needs of your asset fleet. You can select a maintenance program of which you want to see the upcoming maintenance needs. |
| Done maintenance | The Done maintenance report contains information related to the maintenance that has been executed on your asset fleet. You can select a maintenance program of which you want to see the maintenances done |
